“ A great Indian eatery especially for Mumbai street food. The pav bhaji is pretty much close to what is served on Mumbai streets, which has a very peculiar taste different than the rest of India. The vada pav is great as well. Special mentions to their Raj Kachori. It is amazing with huge portion size. Their filter coffee is great as well. The service is very quick. The ambience is nothing mentionable but when the taste and the quality of the food is good, nothing else matters. Will try the south indian and north indian dishes next time. ”
“ I was recommended this place by a coworker whose family is from South India and I'm glad I went! It was my first time eating Southern Indian food and everything we got was SO good. I went here with a friend (who is vegan) and we got the Pav Bhaji, Pan Puri, Masala Dosa, and Samosa Chatt and they were all so delicious! My favorite was probably the Pav Bhaji due to the robust flavors/spices and the it was a good dipping sauce for all the bread. I also got a chai which was one of the best I've had in a while. It also says a lot when it's busy and full of Indian families. We didn't have to wait too much for our food and some food came out faster than others which was fine as we were busy finishing other plates. I'm definitely going to go back soon and would like to try other items on their expansive menu. There are some days where I think about the food and my mouth salivates. ”
“ Very large, bright and clean location next to chuck E cheese. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Huge variety of vegetarian dishes. They even offer an eggless cake. The ginger chai and rasmalai parfait were both delicious as well. Will be back to try the dosa! ”
“ Honestly, a really good Indian place in redmond, easily in the top 5% and there are a ton of them out there. For a sit down meal I'd probably go elsewhere as it is fairly sparse inside. However, I loved the digital menu pictures (true to what was served) and that they have some things here I've not seen anywhere else. I got the Raj Kachori Chaat and it was both new to me and delicious. I love fried things so all that goodness within a fried shell really speaks to me. The vaga pav was also mine, but with the food sizes I couldn't finish. Both the bread and the filling were really flavorful, not just in spice but the depth of flavor too. I've been other places where they weren't hot enough or came out kinda bland but not here. I'd definitely get both these again, though probably separately as it is a lot of food. ”
“ I've been wanting to try more different kinds of Indian street foods so I came here. I tried the pav bhaji and the bhel puri. Everything was good and flavorful and I definitely want to try more times here in the future! On the pricier side but that's the reality of doing business in an expensive area. ”
“ I recently visited Honest Restaurant in Bellevue. The place has a welcoming atmosphere, the kind that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. It's lively, just the right balance to enjoy a good meal. I started with the Dabeli, and boy was it a delightful surprise. It reminded me of the simple, flavorful food you'd find at a beloved roadside stand, full of sweet and spicy goodness. Another customer was devouring her Dosa which was huge with potato filling. I have heard the Pav Bhaji is rich and hearty, it's on my bucket list when I need a spicy treat to warms me from the inside out. Now, the Chikoo (or Sapota) Milkshake really took me back. The creamy, sweet flavor of chikoo paired beautifully with the spicier dishes, offering a refreshing contrast that I savored with every sip. Its mostly self service. The staff were friendly and responsive to my needs. The restaurant is clean with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality and portion sizes, which is always appreciated. The next time you are craving some good ol' Indian food, head on over to Honest Restaurant in Bellevue. Bring your friends too! ”
“ I tried the mysore masala dosa and the pav bhaji. The pav bhaji was delicious for sure. The mysore masala dosa featured probably the best sambhar I've had, and came with a tomato chutney as well as a normal coconut chutney which was nice. The service was great also, very friendly helpful staff members. Based on my experience this place is more than a 4/5 but not quite a 5 strictly due the the amount of stuffing in the dosa not being ample for me, beyond that one thing everything was great. ”
